10 Holistic Ways To Stay Emotionally Well 

We all have felt times when we have been over stressed, overwhelmed, and frankly depressed.  These are difficult times and it can help to have some tools in your tool kit to help get you through some of those more difficult times.

  

 Sometimes our emotional wellness can be driven by other factors that have to do with our overall health.   Sometimes we may not have a healthy gut. 

 

 A healthy gut means that there are more good bacteria than harmful bacteria and that harmful bacteria don't overtake the good. The balance of bacteria in the gut flora can lead to many health benefits, including reducing inflammation that can lead to heart disease, lowering the chance of obesity, and reducing your feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression.  In other words - Your gut health can govern your emotions.
