When does the V.I.B.E. Sister Circle meet and what do we do?

The V.I.B.E sister circle meets once a week every month.

 

During the session we will  focus on the topic of the week.   

 

The topics will always entail  something having to do with your overall mind, body, spirit  wellness. 

 

In addition you get:

*Private FB Group where all the recordings are uploaded 
 
* Re-cap notes for every session 
 
* Opportunities for  you to post your questions
 
*Lynnis Minutes - an FB Live that I will do twice a month on  topics of your choice
